A Coach is a
Powerful
Tool

We connect exercise and fun using games, crafts and conversations! Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your child to build a stronger mind and body. 

We use balls, ropes, bands, body weight and make fitness fun!

We will work on pushing, pulling, running, jumping, throwing, and climbing movements to improve/develop strength and conditioning. This class is not sport specific athletic performance enhancement, however we incorporate games for building speed, agility, reaction, quickness, and coordination.
