You will be given a map with a sample menu of what your day and week should look like.  It is a well balanced plan, based on serving sizes and all real food.  There is no quick fix, it is simply science.   To lose weight safely and effectively, we eat real food, exercise moderately and work at understanding what we need and why, therefore improving our perspective; and our desire to continue making forward progress.

The Transformation Academy is the means to your lifestyle transformation. You will be added to the private group, giving you the ability to interact, look for help, support  and guidance from your coaches and peers. Often when we know we are supported, we are more likely to succeed.

Wouldn't it be great if you were told how... how to exercise in the most efficient way to get you to your goals? What if someone could help you understand food, show you what a typical meal plan should look like, including healthy recipes and a grocery list to make it easier?

You will be greeted by coaches for inspiration, education and encouragement along the way to help you form new habits.

We teach you why your doctor tells you to eat a healthier diet, why you need to eat healthy for your heart health, and why exercise is necessary; including what intensity and how to do it!

You've lost weight before, but it's back.  We are here to show you how to make lasting changes so that you can live a balanced lifestyle, still enjoy socializing and eating out, but continue to keep the weight you lose off.

 

  You know what healthy food is, you know you should exercise... the coaches teach you how to put meals and snacks together in a combination that will rev your metabolism and inspire you to get moving. 

Over 6 weeks, our coaches will lead you to a healthier lifestyle, exercising with you in your home, teaching you about food balance, portions and timing, and help you to change your thinking.  Everyday, a coach will inspire you, help you get prepared to attack the day, remind you that you are attempting to reach a goal and will prepare you to attack each day in a manner that will help you stay focused, even through the obstacles life will throw at you as you attempt to improve your health.

The difference between you attempting to lose weight on your own or with this group is in the support system. 

There is a time when you are attempting to build new habits that the potential to quit sometimes prevails. 

The Fascination coaches will help you get through this period of time which is the hardest part. 

The support from your team, posting frustrations and successes along the way, and interaction with the coaches daily,  helps to build a powerful supportive, motivating, safe community.
