If you want a different result, earn it… Get Outside your comfort zone!

If you want something it’s best to work for it!

Whether you want a place on the team, better grades, a physical thing... earn it!

Working for what you want makes you appreciate the end result so much more, not to mention the lessons learned along the way; they can be pretty powerful!

We learn that we really CAN do hard things, things at one time we thought were impossible! We learn that we truly do become better when we work through tough situations instead of giving up.

We learn that it feels good to complete something that wasn’t easy. We learn that it’s worth it in the end; it open us up to a new world of possibilities.

Often when we earn it, we value it!

we take better care of it, we don’t lose it, we pay attention to it.

Of course it would be nice if we all had it easy, but we don’t... it doesn’t mean you can’t do great things!

⚠️You won’t achieve your goals just because you decided it was a good idea, just because you started taking action... sorry!

If you expect results right away, or you simply expect results because you decided to try, you may be disappointed...

what’s you method? You may need to adjust and try again... you’ve got to figure out what works for you! You may need a coach, a tutor, a mentor... we all become better with help!

‼️it takes time and grit!

it will be hard:

hard to implement a new routine and stick to it,

hard to be uncomfortable learning new moves in front of others,

hard to be the newbie in the room,

hard to do what you have not YET mastered for fear of failing, or fear of what others may be thinking

You will be challenged, you may want to quit when you feel too far out of your comfort zone, or when your mind starts to tell you it isn’t worth it or that you can’t do it, you’re not good enough, you’re not worth it, or it’s too hard... but this is where you create change! OUTSIDE THE COMFORT ZONE!

“If we always do what we’ve always done, we will continue to get the same result!”

The power lies within you... talk back to the voice that attempts to derail you....

If you want a different result, earn it… Get Outside your comfort zone!

Becoming a better version of you is possible! No need to cope with your situation, no need to let what surrounds you determine your future potential...

The key to making improvements is consistency! You’ve got to show up even on the days you don’t feel like showing up! You’ll never regret choosing to work on yourself, you’ll never regret coming in and working through a bad day, or a blah day, or a good day, using a workout....

you most always leave feeling so much better!

Training, lifting weights, conditioning, following a plan of action will help you deal with emotional energies... fear, sadness, rage, anger, worry, hate, etc... we feel better when we are active 💪🏼

After our workouts, we are more #Motivated, #Determined, #Inspired, #Accomplished.... you can feel that too! Step outside your comfort zone, take yourself where you want to go!

Time is going by, are you wasting it or using it to help yourself?
