How does it work?
It's an Online Program..
with an option for In-Person Classes too..

Your goal is to hit 4 of the target goals, consistently. These are easy to incorporate into your day, such as a 10min walk, a short home exercise workout, a morning power boost or an evening power down, eating a super salad and/or shake and water consumption.
in the group, you will receive coaching to transform your unhealthy habits into anti-inflammatory healthy choices. There will be recipes, fruit and vegetable guides, ideas for meals and snacks. You will have access to Coach Kerri's Youtube home exercise videos or you can use something else if you prefer. Optional in-person group classes will be held at the gym on Mon/Wed at 7pm. In addition, there is an optional Sat for those interested in working on the mindset behind behavior change and decreasing stress.
