RUNNING MECHANICS

We teach our athletes how to run more efficiently, so all their effort is being used for not, not against them. We work on finding proper body position, foot strike, run cycle, arm action. Then we work to build the core muscles necessary for a strong run, and speed reaction for moving faster.

2

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We build a base of strength, on a National Strength and Conditioning level.  We teach and require proper execution; building a base of strength and then add speed and power to maximize the strength being built. We condition our athletes to improve endurance and stamina to stay strong.

3

CHANGE OF DIRECTION

We help our athletes to find the most efficient position for changing directions.  We focus on feet, knees, hips; slowing it down to understand the movements, before adding speed and intensity.  This helps them use the proper muscles, to avoid those knee, hip and ankle injuries.

This results in a happier, more confident, kid playing at higher levels and positively impacting the team!

Student Athletes

We specialize in creating higher achieving athletes that may not be getting the playing time they desire, who may not currently be a top performing athlete, but they have the heart to become one!

These athletes  may not appear to be as naturally athletic as others, so we slow it down, we explain, we teach, we give them time to understand the concepts, time to learn, and support them as they figure it out,  instead of tearing them down.
