Bronze Level Services are performed by our Performance Enhancement Professionals and Group Exercise Instructors. These classes provide non-specific; ever changing activity. Group exercise classes are a fun way to get more activity into your day; and burn extra calories. If we take in more calories than we burn off, generally the end result is weight gain. Move more, your body will thank you.
Group class led by an instructor, set to music. Build cardiovascular strength and endurance while pedaling on your stationary bike. We use Power and RPM to monitor your effort while completing hills, distance, intervals, and speed work. We suggest using a heart rate during class, but it's not a requirement.
