So it is here, the LAST Month of the Year! Have you reflected on what you did
with 2012 to positively IMPACT you and Your life? I hope you accomplished great things! Maybe you set a
goal, or tried something new, maybe you joined a new program or met some new friends… Perhaps you
learned to live happier, to live healthier… Maybe you completed something you never thought possible? I
want you to take some time to reflect on your life… Where are you? Where are you headed? And what are the
steps you need to take to get there! Live Active! Continue to grow, Never settle!!! I know you are capable of
so much more… I need you to sit down and think about your current health and fitness status…

On Dec 15, the gym will have an open house
. We will have gym specials for members that stop in and for
new members looking to join. If you, or someone you know is interested… We will be having a Weight Loss
Challenge this year for the New Year’s resolution Folks! The open house is to inform the public about the
Specifics of the Challenge. The basics are: 2 teams, 4 coaches, VIP guests of each team… each team has a
different nutrition plan… and plan for mega calorie burning. You choose your coaches based on what best
suits your level of commitment and which style is more attractive to you. The main group meetings will be
based on changing your THOUGHTS… which reflect your BEHAVIORS… We plan to attack those negative
self sabotaging thoughts and actions, and give you the tools to change them into positive self-
