This means… Holiday Season is around the corner! Opportunities to skip your workout routines and many delicious food and drink temptations will be all around. Do you have a strategy, a plan to see it through without completely sabotaging yourself?
Remember, you set a goal because something was so important to you that you were willing to take the necessary steps to achieve it. The holidays are part of life, you cannot ignore them, you should engage and enjoy! Have a plan to sticking to your goals!
Coach Heather Lake has suggested a group program for the team called, "Hold it for the Holidays!" Sticking to your goals, maintaining your nutrition through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
