Challenge Pocono Mtns completed! ! They say if you always do what you've always done, you will get what you always got.... So this time I trained more running intervals and forced myself to go slower than I preferred on the bike in order to have a better outcome on the run.... Verdict.... Best run pace in a tri so far! Thanks to a dear old friend for helping me finish! Age group result: 2nd in the swim, 4th in bike, 10th in run out of 22, 4th overall! Looking for an October tri, not ready to end the season
