This class will hit every muscle group, toning and tightening each area. We will use a modern style of interval training: working in intervals (20sec on/10sec rest) 4 min intervals bringing the heart rate up and down and forcing that burn in the muscles. The coach is there to help you keep pushing when you would normally quit on your own.
