What is Strength Training?

Strength training with coach. Learn proper form & technique for lifting build up your fat burning engine, build a stronger, more lean body.  Lifting weights doesn't mean you will get big bulky muscles… lifting weights helps improve muscle tone, strength and calorie burn!
