What DF-SPECIAL POPULATIONS?
Goal of the class is to improve overall mind and body health. Focus is on Strengthening the function of the heart, bones, muscles and mind.
The class is led by a professional trainer, in a fun group setting.
While listening to 1950's-1970's music, the class works on flexibility, balance, core, reaction, muscle, heart and lung strength/function.
The participant can expect improvements in cholesterol, blood pressure, sleep, energy, and risks of developing injuries or disease, like diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease.
In addition he/she is slowing the effects of aging, adding life to their years!
