What is Cross Training?
This is a group class designed to give you the feel of a personal trainer, without the cost. It's a combination of strength and cardio training for ultimate fitness. Never boring and entirely different fitness experience! Positively impact your body and mind with the help of your team and trainers. Based off the basic pushup, pull-up, sit-up, and squat, modified for more or less intensity.
